Terms of Service

1. Who can use necromance.love
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account on necromance.love. By signing up, you confirm that you are an adult under the laws of your country of residence and that the information you provide about yourself is true. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe this is not the case.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, change your password and contact us at hello@necromance.love. You may delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.
3. How you must behave here
necromance.love is a place for adults who want to meet other adults. You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or stalk any person; to share illegal content, content depicting minors in sexual contexts, or content that infringes on another’s rights; to spam, phish, or scrape data from the site; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or infrastructure; or to use the service to facilitate any illegal activity. We will cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.
4. Content you post
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profile text). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for content you post and represent that you have the rights to share it.
5. Our right to moderate
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may also remove accounts that we believe pose a danger to other users, even when the specific behavior does not map cleanly to a rule above. The block and report tools inside the product are the primary way to flag bad behavior; we read every report.
6. Service availability and changes
The service is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running, but we make no guarantees about uptime or availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and provide a way to export your data.
7. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, necromance.love is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from your use of it. Meeting people is hard. We are doing our best.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is material we will email registered users and post a notice on the site at least thirty days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
